Dunk Tank!

A dunk tank, also known as a dunking booth or dunking machine, is an attraction mainly used in fairs, fundraisers, and parties. It consists of a large tank of water, over which a volunteer sits on a collapsing seat. When a ball strikes a target, the seat collapses, "dunking" the person into the water.
Dunk your parents, dunk your neighbors, heck, dunk the whole neighborhood!

Teachers, police officers, dim witted friends and foes, strangers, pesky brothers and sisters, all bosses.
Parents, dunk your kids (be sure they can swim first, Charlie does not condone dunking of the non-swimmers).

Bust this out at any party and watch the excitement overcome participants in the merry opportunity to cause discomfort to the volunteered.

Ask Charlie about adding ice, I bet he'll go get some ice for free to make this a 'chilling' experience.
